Our CEO, Mr. Rachin Shah, founded the company in 2015, as a way to expand his family business. Prior to 2015, he joined the family business in 2012, Rachindiam BVBA, which focused on procuring rough diamonds. Pravara Diam was his way of growing his family business.

Rachin has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College (Boston, USA) and a Masters in Accounting from Babson College. After graduation, he joined Tranzmute Capital & Management Pvt. Ltd, a boutique Consulting & Private Equity company, which is based in Mumbai. After his experience in India he came back to join the family business and help to develop and grow it.
